Website events and RSVPs
Published event titles, images, dates, venues and descriptions are public. RSVP names, group sizes and update times are visible only to the cntrl owner/organizer. An essential, event-scoped cookie lets you update or cancel from the same browser for up to 180 days. We store a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit abuse, not your raw IP address in the RSVP database. RSVP records remain until cancelled, the organizer unpublishes the event, or a verified deletion request is fulfilled. For deletion from another device, contact admin@cntrlr.app with the event link. RSVPs do not subscribe you to marketing.
Who runs cntrl
cntrl is operated by Chris Ochieng in Jimbaran, Bali. For privacy or support enquiries, email admin@cntrlr.app. This deployment is a private owner workspace.
What we store
We store your login email, authorized Facebook Page IDs and names, encrypted Page access tokens, uploaded images, captions, schedule details, draft status and Facebook post identifiers. Cloudflare processes authentication and hosting data and may retain technical security logs.
Why we use it
This information is used to authenticate access, prepare and review content, and send approved publishing or scheduling requests to Facebook. cntrl does not generate content with AI, sell personal data, or use advertising trackers.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database storage, email forwarding and access control. Meta receives content you explicitly approve for publishing and processes it under its own policies. These providers may process data internationally.
Retention and your choices
Drafts, uploaded images and connection records remain until deleted or a deletion request is fulfilled. Remove unpublished drafts in the dashboard or request removal of all stored data by email. You can revoke the connection in Facebook Business Integrations. Published content is managed separately on Facebook. Security logs and infrastructure backups can expire on provider retention schedules.
Cookies
The dashboard uses essential authentication cookies from Cloudflare Access. The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
