Remove drafts
Sign in to cntrl and delete unpublished drafts from the review queue. This does not remove published Facebook posts.
Disconnect Facebook
In your Facebook account settings, find Business Integrations and remove cntrl. This revokes the integration’s authorization; stored cntrl records may still remain until deleted.
Request complete deletion
Email admin@cntrlr.app from the address used to sign in, with the subject “cntrl data deletion”. State that you want your drafts, uploaded images and Facebook connection records removed. Do not send passwords, app secrets or access tokens. We will verify ownership and confirm completion by email.
Published content
Posts already sent to Facebook remain on Facebook until removed there. Deleting cntrl data does not delete those posts. Provider backups and technical logs expire according to their retention policies.
